Beyond the Vase: STILLA at Monaco Yacht Show 2026
Four days in Monaco. Clients, partners, extraordinary yachts — and one floral concept designed to question where flowers belong.
For Monaco Yacht Show 2026, STILLA returned to Port Hercule with a strong presence across the yachting world, from preserved floral installations with leading industry partners to onboard client visits and the launch of CHROME HORIZONS, our most experimental floral creation to date.
Created entirely by hand in our French atelier, CHROME HORIZONS transformed natural bio-preserved flowers into wearable art, moving floristry beyond the vase and into the worlds of fashion, sculpture and contemporary design.
STILLA Across Monaco Yacht Show

Throughout the week, the STILLA team moved across Port Hercule reconnecting with clients, crew, designers, brokers and partners from across the superyacht industry.
Our bio-preserved floral arrangements and plants were featured at the IYC Lounge, Northrop & Johnson and Arrow Yacht stands, becoming part of spaces designed for meetings, hospitality and conversations throughout the show.
We also visited clients onboard, including M/Y CORAL OCEAN, M/Y SILVER FOX, M/Y AURA and M/Y OCEANOS, while spending time dockwalking, discovering new yachts and meeting people face to face.
For STILLA, these conversations matter.
Every yacht has its own identity, interior palette and operational requirements. Seeing the spaces in person allows us to understand how floral design can work within them - whether through a bespoke arrangement, a complete seasonal floral programme or preserved flowers designed around existing onboard vases.
CHROME HORIZONS: Beyond the Vase

The defining creative moment of Monaco Yacht Show 2026 was CHROME HORIZONS.
The concept began with a simple question:
What if flowers became a material for fashion?
Instead of approaching preserved flowers purely as interior decoration, our master florists treated them as a creative medium in their own right.
The result was a sculptural floral corset, accompanied by a preserved-flower lapel piece and transparent floral bag.
The corset required approximately 100 hours of handwork, with a further 20 hours dedicated to the accompanying floral elements.
Created using natural bio-preserved botanicals, the pieces explored the meeting point between floral craftsmanship, fashion and contemporary design.
Nature Meets Chrome
The visual language of CHROME HORIZONS was built around contrast.
Chrome and metallic textures created a futuristic, almost architectural feel, while green and white botanicals brought softness, movement and a connection back to nature.
Preserved calla lilies played a central role in the design. With their natural stems and distinctive sculptural form, they allowed us to work with flowers in a way that felt both organic and forward-looking.
The contrast was deliberate:
raw and refined, natural and constructed, futuristic and botanical.
Rather than positioning innovation and nature as opposites, CHROME HORIZONS brought them together.
Aboard M/Y CORAL OCEAN

During Monaco Yacht Show, CHROME HORIZONS was photographed onboard M/Y CORAL OCEAN, presented for sale during the show at 99 million Euros.
Against the yacht’s polished architecture and Monaco backdrop, the floral pieces became part of a wider conversation between superyacht design, fashion and floral art.
It was also an appropriate setting for STILLA.
Yachting has shaped our approach to preserved floristry from the beginning. Onboard, flowers must combine beauty with practicality, longevity and ease of maintenance.
CHROME HORIZONS took that same preserved material and asked something different:
What else can flowers become?
The Future of Bio-Preserved Flowers
For STILLA, preserved flowers are about far more than lasting longer.
Preservation allows natural flowers to become a different kind of creative medium - one that can be used not only in luxury interiors and superyachts, but also in fashion, sculpture, installations and experiential design.
Because preserved flowers require no water and little maintenance, they also respond to the practical demands of the yachting world while reducing the need for frequent replacement.
That combination of craftsmanship, longevity and creative freedom is what continues to shape our approach to luxury floristry.
French Floral Savoir-Faire, Reimagined
Behind CHROME HORIZONS is traditional floral craftsmanship.
Every detail was created by hand in France by STILLA’s master florists, drawing on decades of experience in floral design and applying that expertise to a completely new format.
For us, the future of floral art is not about abandoning craftsmanship.
It is about giving craftsmanship somewhere new to go.
Until Next Year, Monaco

Monaco Yacht Show 2026 brought together everything STILLA values most about the yachting industry: relationships, creativity, design and the opportunity to exchange ideas face to face.
From our presence with IYC, Northrop & Johnson and Arrow Yachts, to time spent onboard with existing clients and new conversations across the docks, the week marked another important chapter for STILLA.
And CHROME HORIZONS gave us the opportunity to show something different.
Flowers do not have to belong only in a vase.
They can become structure, texture, sculpture, fashion and art.
The future of flowers is only beginning.
